All orders are only shipped once all items are in stock,
We carry most items in our UK warehouse, however sometimes we need to source the products. We source our products from several suppliers, these are located in the UK, Europe and Japan. As such you may have a few days delay on dispatch.
USED items are generally in our stores and ready to go, on some occasions we may need to remove your part from a vehicle on our premises.
Mainland UK:
Parcels under 2kg - Royal Mail Tracked delivery, this usually will only take a day or two to arrive. However this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer. Royal Mail say you need to allow up to 10 days for 1st class post, this is very rare.
Parcels over 2kg - Courier, we usually use Parcelforce 24 for all orders over 2kg, on some occasions we may use an alternative like DPD or DHL
Large Parcels / Pallets / Body Parts - These are all dispatched by specialist courier and can take up to 5 days due to the nature of the goods.
Highlands / Islands / Northern Ireland:
These locations are usually a little more expensive to ship, please ensure you select the correct country location at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel / refund miss-placed orders with the incorrect country choice made.
EU Shipping
All items are shipped via courier unless very small, these are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked.
The website will automatically calculate shipping, however there is a maximum allowance.
