For directions satnav will mostly take you to the wrong area of the road, we are located between the turning for Tadwell Farm and Nelson Avenue (About half way up the hill).
The lower end of Elm Lane (off Scocles Road) is a narrow country lane, we advise you to use either Nelson Avenue or Drake Avenue to avoid the narrower part of the lane.
