Returns:
We have a 14 day (from date of dispatch) return guarantee period for general returns and wrong items. Whether you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect part.
We can only accept returns on NEW items if unused and in their original condition for re-sale.
(Some products are excluded from returns, these are stated within the products description.)
If you have purchased a NEW item from us and are outside the return window we will accept some returns beyond the 14 day returns, subject to a 25% re-stocking fee for unwanted NEW items. This fee is on the total amount including taxes and any shipping costs. Please contact us for authorisation.
USED items are non-returnable unless faulty (See Below). All USED items are marked for identification purposes, if marks are removed returns are not accepted.
To return an item please contact us first for a returns authorisation.
The purchaser is responsible for returns postage and cost.
Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition & include the documentation and original packaging.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund as detailed above, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging
Incorrect Items Received:
If you have received incorrect goods please contact us immediately. You will be required to return the item with a covering note for replacement. We are unable to dispatch replacement items until the originals have been returned to us.
Warranty:
NEW items are covered by manufacturer 1 year warranty.
USED items are covered by a 7 day warranty if faulty, from date of dispatch. (Return to base, please see returns policy above.) All USED items are fully tested.
Labour costs are not covered by warranty.
Damaged Goods:
Any items received that are damaged please report them to us immediately. Please take photographs of any packaging.
Any GLASS items are not covered for damages.
Large items (Bumpers, Doors etc) are not covered for damages.
